- How did you find out about RFST and the Meridian Flexibility System?
- I met Bob Cooley & Tom Longo in 1999 when they came to California to lead a workshop at Center of Balance in Mountain View. I knew immediately this was the wholeness system I had been seeking for years! I hung around long enough that Bob eventually let me work for him!

- I am a GB/ST (Gall Bladder with a Stomach wing), though very stomachy, and much more emotionally aware than usual for us analytical types -- the result of years of healing & personal growth work, and wanting to know what I am feeling and be more in touch with my desires. Discovering more about the Meridian Flexibility Genetic Personality System is one of my favorite things!
- General Interests:
- I am an artist. I make altars, and jewelry out of shells and precious stones. I also do Sacred Design and Feng Shui. I love to produce stretching workshops, and other special events.! I travel to Hawaii whenever I get the opportunity....

I have taken Certification Training Programs 1 through 6 with Bob twice, and Programs 1 & 2 with Anne & Steve a couple times. I love it! But I need to work out and practice more.
